Capoeira is a comprehensive art form from Brazil, which combines music, dance, body language, fighting and acrobatics. It promotes self-confidence and body control as well as social and communication skills.
Twice a week we deepen the foundations of Capoeira, with its rituals, forms of movement and sense of community. Once a month we organize an open roda de capoeira, to exchange experiences, to play together and learn from each other.
The lessons are structured in an integrated manner so that all are welcome and can join at any time, regardless of previous experience.
